Helpful things to include when something goes wrong:
- Which page you used and what you expected to happen.
- Your browser and device (for example “Chrome 149 on Windows 11” or “Safari on iPhone 15”).
- The error message shown in the file list, if any.
- If a specific file fails, a sample we may use for testing — only if it is not private. Because pd00 never uploads files, we cannot see the file you tried unless you send it.
